Annabel graduated from Victoria University in 2014 with a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). She completed a Graduate Certificate in Pain Management (University of Sydney) in 2017 and understands the complexity of working with chronic pain patients. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and abilities, Annabel's treatments are tailored to each individual using a range of techniques. Annabel has additional training in Dry Needling and is a Rehab Level 1 pilates instructor and enjoys incorporating her pilates training into her treatments by prescribing strengthening and flexibility exercises. In the sporting field she has worked with professional level A-League soccer and V8 Supercars drivers.

Annabel has done further training in paediatrics and enjoys working with babies and children. She loves seeing the difference osteopathy can make to the wellbeing of families. Her calm and caring personality is always looking to get the best from her patients, whether it be on the sporting field or in day to day challenges at work or home.

Outside of work Annabel has a passion for motorsport, organising and competing in local events. She also loves spending time outdoors with her young daughter and family.
